South Florida Dynamics Win Big at
Twirl Mania 2012
The South Florida Dynamics attended the 2012 Twirl Mania event at Disney World's Wide World of Sports. The team was named the International Team Winner for the USA. They also won 3 first place awards, 4 second place awards and one third place award. SEe the page named Twirl Mania 2012 for more pictures.
The South Florida Dynamics will host a non-sanctioned twirling contest on April 14, 2012, at Olympic Heights High School. A link to the brochure is listed below.
Performances in 2011-12
During the fall of 2011 and winter of 2012, the Dynamics have participated with the Palm Beach Twirling Coalition for an FAU halftime show and the Macy's at Universal Holiday parade. On December 10, the entire team, including the Dynamics, Viking Twirlers and the Trinity Tigerettes participated in the Delray Beach Holiday Parade.
The contest season has begun for the South Florida Dynamics. They competed in Miami at the Dream Girls Competition, in Clewiston and at Solid Gold's contest in Boca Raton. The team has earned numerous first place awards and is looking forward to upcoming contests this year.
International Cup
August 4-8, 2011
The South Florida Dynamics were members of Team USA and participated in the 2011 World Baton Twirling Federation's International Cup. Four hundred sixty twirlers from eighteen countries participated. The Dynamics competed in many events:
